Consumer Regulated Electricity 2Q 2025 Activity

The following document is a summary of our activity over the past three months. I'll start with the big highlight. Both the New Hampshire Senate and House passed an amended version of HB672 (https://gc.nh.gov/bill_status/legacy/bs2016/billText.aspx?sy=2025&id=372&txtFormat=html), their version of a "Consumer Regulated Electricity" or CRE bill. It creates a tremendous amount of freedom for private investors to develop new, large electricity projects. Next stop for the bill, Governor Ayotte's desk for signature. The bill will be bundled with a few others for a formal signing ceremony some time later this summer.

Send us a message and follow us here on LinkedIn if you'd like to learn more about CRE.
