"In the end, victory is a function of speed." If this is true for your business then you need "Consumer Regulated Electricity" (CRE). CRE would allow the creation of new, independent, large-scale, and competitive utilities.
- "New" means they can design everything for the 21st century.
- "Independent" means they won't be constrained by decades old ways of doing business.
- "Large-scale" means they can bring economies of scale to the problem.
- "Competitive" means they'll be innovative, nimble, and that important thing that's missing from much of the electricity sector, customer focused.
