We've squeezed the old electricity model for too long. The time for a different approach to electricity is now. "Consumer Regulated Electricity" or CRE is state policy that would allow the building of new, independent, and competitive utility-scale utilities. These "CRE Utilities" will bring speed and innovation that we cannot get out of the old model. And we certainly need greater speed and innovation. NOW.
