The AI Energy Challenge for Policymakers

AI and the electricity sector are on a collision course. AI moves fast, the electricity sector does not. Given the massive interconnectivity and real-time requirements of the electricity sector, it should not move fast. So what do we do to help the AI sector keep moving fast? We allow for the creation of new, independent, competitive, utility-scale utilities.
